Terms of service

These terms govern your use of PumpScale AI, including the marketplace, dashboard, billing flows, install delivery, and linked documentation.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the service is being abused, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these terms.

Some features require verified email, active billing state, or valid entitlement records before access is granted.

Paid products, one-time purchases, and subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and included access are shown in the app at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access generally remains active through the end of the current paid period unless access is suspended for fraud, dispute, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

Purchased or included products are delivered through entitlement-gated install flows, documentation links, and, where applicable, artifact downloads. Access can be revoked if payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, or otherwise invalidated.

You may not share paid install credentials, signed delivery links, or otherwise bypass the app’s access controls.

You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy paid product content without permission, reverse engineer restricted delivery paths, or use the platform in a way that harms the service or other users.

You may not use the service to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, sanctions, or export restrictions.

PumpScale AI and its platform materials remain the property of the operator and its licensors. Purchasing access grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased or included product under these terms.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly expose paid product materials.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any specific business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or respond to unresolved payment issues.
