We collect account details such as name, email address, password hash, session metadata, and any information you provide through the support form.

When you buy or subscribe, billing details are processed through Stripe. We store the Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, price, and order identifiers needed to operate billing and entitlement state.

We also store marketplace, entitlement, install, and admin audit records needed to deliver the service and troubleshoot access issues.

We use your information to create and secure your account, process payments, deliver product access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Vercel Analytics is used for product and funnel analytics. We do not use the service to sell personal information.

PumpScale AI uses third-party processors and infrastructure providers including Better Auth for authentication flows, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting and analytics, Cloudflare R2 for file storage and artifact delivery, and Mintlify for documentation delivery.

These providers may process data on our behalf only as needed to operate the service.

We retain account, billing, entitlement, install, and audit records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Support messages may be retained for operational follow-up and account history.

You may contact us to request account-access, correction, or deletion review. Some information may be retained where required for tax, fraud-prevention, security, or contractual reasons.

If you no longer want marketing or product email, follow the unsubscribe instructions if applicable or contact support directly.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for the information we store, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
